About Melody

Melody epitomizes sincerity, integrity, and hard work, traits that endear her to her clients. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, she spent a good amount of time in the hospitality industry working for prominent hotels in Asia and the U.S. 

She also made her mark as an entrepreneur. All these contributed to hone and develop Melody’s set of skills, keen economic and financial insights that are useful in understanding her clients’ needs and in providing them with relevant information. 

As a full-time Realtor, she specializes in sales and marketing single-family homes and condos in San Mateo and San Francisco counties. She has helped many satisfied and happy home buyers and sellers. Her clients remember her as someone who takes clients’ financial and emotional interests to heart. She goes out of her way to provide exceptional service and valuable information to help clients throughout the entire process. What makes the difference in her service are her knowledge, trustworthiness, responsiveness, and dedication that goes above and beyond their expectations. 

Melody is affiliated with the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the San Mateo Association of Realtors and has earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist.  She is a member of the Filipino American Real Estate Professional Association. 

In addition to her full-time involvement as a Realtor, Melody makes time to bake and cook savory international cuisines.  She has been married to Loy De Mesa for 36 years and a proud mother of three children: Michael, Michelle, and Madeleine.
